Before I ever designed a website, I spent years in direct sales — face to face with real customers, in real environments, where results were not optional.

I worked as part of an outsourced sales team representing major brands inside high-traffic retail environments. This was not passive marketing. It was real-time decision making, objection handling, and learning what actually moves people to take action.

The person behind the work

I started my career in sales — learning how people think, what builds trust, and what actually gets someone to take action. Over 8+ years I led teams, trained reps, and worked across marketing and business growth in multiple industries.

At some point I started applying that same thinking to websites. I noticed that most small business sites looked fine but failed at the one thing they were supposed to do — connect with someone and move them forward. That gap became the focus of my work.

I'm based in Vancouver, WA. I focus on doing work that is clear, intentional, and built to actually move something forward — not just look good on a screen.
